Continued professional development training is important at New Adventures. CPR, First Aid, Communicable Disease and Child Abuse are a few of the certification we house at New Adventures.

Additionally, our staff members are required to achieve and maintain high levels within the NAT 5-star program and Nam 4-star program that are used to rate daycare and early learning centers.

Guiding each classroom is a Lead Teacher (LT), each of whom is required to uphold the
following advanced certifications:

• Child Development Associate (CDA)
• Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
• Career Pathway level 3 or higher SUTQ

Aligned with our status as a star-rated facility, all Administrators, Lead, and Assistant teachers are obliged to partake in 25 hours of early childhood professional development training every two (2) years.
